I already have a domain — can I use it?
Yes. Keep it with your current registrar and add a few DNS records, guided step by step in the admin console. No domain yet? Start with a temporary Zomail address.
How does the free trial work?
When a plan includes a trial, it's shown on the plan card. The trial is free and needs no card; pay at the end to continue — your data stays.
Which currency am I billed in?
Prices shown in US dollars are billed in USD. Prices shown in Vietnamese dong (VND) with an approximate USD (marked ≈) are invoiced in VND; that USD amount is for reference only.
Can I add or remove mailboxes?
Any time in the admin console. Mailboxes added mid-period are charged only for the time left.
How is my data protected?
Connections are encrypted with TLS, backups are encrypted and kept off-site with point-in-time recovery, and the database fails over automatically to a standby. Admins get 2FA, roles and audit logs.
Is the AI reading my mail?
Only when someone in your organisation asks it to, and only if your admin has switched AI on. Content is processed for that request and not stored by the assistant.
Is moving from Gmail or Microsoft 365 hard?
No. The import tool in the admin console copies mailboxes in the background without disturbing users.
Can I leave if it's not for me?
Yes. Your mail, calendars and contacts are available over standard IMAP, CalDAV and CardDAV, so you can take them with you.
